Perfect for chips, nachos, quesadillas, salads, the possibilities are endless!
Ingredients:
3 Ripe Avocados
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1t Salt
1 Roma Tomato, diced
1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced
1/2c Red Onion, diced
1/4c Cilantro, chopped
1-2 Limes, juiced
Directions:
1. Mash first 3 ingredients in bowl with a fork
2. Mix in diced Roma tomato, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and juice of 1 lime
3. Add in additional salt and lime juice, to taste
4. Enjoy!
