Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Garlic Aioli


A quick, easy side that comes together in under 10 minutes!


Ingredients:

12oz Shaved Brussels Sprouts

1T Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper


Garlic Aioli:

1/4c Mayonnaise

1t Minced Garlic

1/2t Dried Parsley

Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Salt & Pepper


Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium high heat

2. When oil is hot, add Brussels sprouts, season generously with salt & pepper

3. Meanwhile, mix together ingredients for aioli

4. Cook until Brussels sprouts just start to brown

5. Serve warm with aioli on the side, enjoy!


Alternately, you can roast your Brussels sprouts until crispy, at 400F until desired doneness (approximately 15-20 minutes).
