Vanilla Bean Bourbon Buttercream

Ingredients:

1c Unsalted Butter, softened

3c Powdered Sugar

2T High Quality Bourbon (Knob Creek, Angel's Envy, Maker's Mark)

1t Vanilla

1/2 Vanilla Bean, scraped

Directions:

1. Beat butter and vanilla bean in stand mixer with paddle attachment until smooth

2. Add in powdered sugar, 1c at a time, making sure powdered sugar is well incorporated

3. Add in bourbon and vanilla

4. Beat an additional 1-2 minutes, until well mixed

Decorates approximately 60 miniature cupcakes or 15 standard cupcakes
