The perfect side dish for any occasion!
Ingredients:
1lb Mini Cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
4T Rice Wine Vinegar
1T Granulated White Sugar
1.5t Dill
1.5t Salt
1t Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl, cover, and let sit a minimum of 4 hours or overnight in fridge. Toss and enjoy!
