Pink Caramel Buttercream

Ingredients:

1c Unsalted Butter, softened

3c Powdered Sugar

1/3c Caramel Syrup

1T Heavy Whipping Cream

1t Vanilla Extract

Directions:

1. Beat butter in stand mixer with paddle attachment until smooth

2. Add in powdered sugar, 1c at a time, making sure powdered sugar is well incorporated

3. Add in caramel, whipping cream, and vanilla

4. Beat an additional 1-2 minutes, until well mixed

Decorates approximately 60 miniature cupcakes or 15 standard cupcakes


Optional, decorate with Sprinkle Pop Sprinkles (pictured below, Birthday Remix collection)
